Weight Loss With Omega 3 Fatty Acids
Most people have an intake of too much omega-6 fatty acids from cooking with vegetable oils or from processed foods that are made with vegetable oils. However, as expected, most people do not have sufficient intake of omega-3 fats. Both of the mentioned fats are healthy, but too much of the omega-6 and not enough of the omega-3 can throw off the balance in your body and cause inflammatory molecules to start to form.
